Shipping policy
At Cove Organics, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $68 USD. Orders of $68 USD or less have a flat shipping fee of $5 USD.
Order Processing
Whenever possible, we process and dispatch orders on the same business day.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays may affect when your order arrives.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
Shipping Address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, email buycoveorganics@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
Cove Organics is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if your order needs to be resent.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please email us with your order number so we can help investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
