A few simple steps to get comfortable with your castor oil and reusable wrap. Before you begin, read the instructions included with your product.
1. Get Everything Ready
Have your castor oil, wrap, and a towel nearby. Choose a comfortable place to sit and protect clothing or furniture from oil marks.
2. Apply the Oil as Directed
Follow your product instructions for the amount of oil and where to apply it. Avoid overfilling the wrap or letting oil drip from the edges.
3. Adjust Your Wrap
Position the wrap as shown in the included guide. Fasten the straps so it feels secure and comfortable, without squeezing or restricting movement.
4. Sit Back and Relax
Read a book, watch TV, or enjoy a quiet moment. Follow the recommended wearing time in your product instructions. Remove the wrap if it becomes uncomfortable.
5. Remove and Care for Your Wrap
Unfasten the straps and gently wipe away any remaining oil from your skin. Follow the wrap’s care label for cleaning, drying, and storage before using it again.
Before Your First Use
Test a small amount of oil on a small area of skin before using the full pack.
Use only on intact skin. Avoid irritated skin, open wounds, and contact with your eyes.
Stop using the product if you notice redness, itching, or discomfort.
This guide covers external use only. Do not drink the oil as part of this routine.
Do not add a heating pad or sleep in the wrap unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
